Celene's Customers - How Can I Help You Today?

In my intial post I introduced myself to you the customer. I thought it was a good idea to talk about and pay honor to you the Customer.

Who are the customers of Celene's? They are people like youself. brides, moms, dads, sisters, brothers, husbands, wives, big business, small business and just about anyone else you can think of is Celene's customer.

Why did Celene's work with this customer? Because they need me as much as I need them. A customer is someone who sometimes is very organized, focused on what they are looking for, plans ahead and has a particular budget in mind.

However there is also a customer who has no idea what they need other than a cake for some occasion, in any color, flavor, bigger than necessary and nearly runs you down with delight when you deliver.

This is just a general overview of what a customer might be like but overall a Celene's customer is as important as the first one, receives the highest level of customer service, follow-up and attention detail no matter how big or small the project.
