Who is Celene's Cuisine

Greetings Folks,

I thought it would be appropriate to start this blog by introducing myself to you. The obvious question that comes to mind is "Who is Celene's Cuisine?" Well I am of course, Lydia C. Carter (BTW the "C" stands for Celene)

I have baked all my adult life and discovered my love for decorating in 2001 shortly after I married my other love in my life and who has been the encouragement I have needed to live, breathe and shed a tear or two perhaps more to make Celene's what we are today.

Celene's is a small speciality bakery located in Cleveland, Ohio that services clients of all sizes. I operate by appointment only and I like it that way it makes things more personable. I get enjoyment out of seeing my customers smile over their special creation and am delighted to hear from them over and over again.

The ultimate goal for Celene's is to be a place where when you call you talk to a friendly person, someone who is helpful, interested, someone who will listen to your needs, recommend , work within your budget but most of all someone who no matter what will be honest. That person is me.

So for my first post I've told you a little bit about me. So sit back, relax and check back often because I plan to discuss industry trends, ups and downs that I have experienced, just about anything that happens to come up relating to Birthday cakes, Wedding cakes, and all that other stuff.
